Each year we filter through a plethora of individuals from a myriad of professions and life journeys to select, highlight and honor; recognizing those who redefine what it means to be HEIR by courageously breaking down barriers to enrich the lives of others. This list was created to highlight achievements within our community annually to people of color, from ages 21 to 40.
